Information about the owner, hosting, contact details and the nature of the WorkDrivePro project.
Owner
Contact for support, security, privacy and the exercise of rights: catalinu88@yahoo.com. Signed-in users may also use the application's “Contact support” option.
This version is offered exclusively in Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Malta and Luxembourg to people aged 18 or over. The owner is established in Spain. The interface, essential instructions and public documents are available in Spanish, English, French and German. New multilingual installations start with the “System” option: they use the device language if it is one of the four available languages, or English otherwise. Existing installations retain Spanish or the selected language. The language can be changed in the application settings; a manual choice is retained. Changing the language does not alter the entries made by the user.
Language and territory are separate decisions; nationality and residence are not inferred from the selected language. The territorial scope does not involve geolocation or IP-based blocking and does not limit applicable mandatory rules.
Terms relating to workdays, allowances and kilometres describe personal organisation features. Translation does not automatically adapt their calculations to another country's employment, tax or transport legislation. Amounts are expressed in euros and distances in kilometres unless a feature expressly states otherwise.
Legal notice and hosting
Provider website: vercel.com. The provider’s legal name and address appear in its official legal documentation. For France, Article 1-1.II of French Law No. 2004-575 allows a non-professional publisher to limit public identification to the hosting provider’s details, provided the publisher has previously supplied the host with the identification details required by that law. This French arrangement is subject to its conditions and is not a general exemption from identification requirements throughout the European Union.
The owner’s name, establishment in Spain and contact details above are supplied without prejudice to any additional identification duties that apply. This notice does not guarantee the owner’s anonymity or prevent identification before authorities or through legally available procedures.
Current nature of the project
WorkDrivePro is offered free of charge, at a price of 0 €, without purchases, subscriptions, advertising, commercial analytics, marketing, sponsorship, affiliate arrangements, data sales or any other direct or indirect economic exploitation. It is not currently offered for a purpose relating to the owner's trade, business, craft or profession.
The project’s classification is based on its actual activity and the facts described, not solely on its being free of charge or the absence of profit. If the activity meets the legal criteria for acting as a business or professional, the corresponding obligations will apply and users’ non-waivable rights will remain unaffected.
Before introducing payments, advertising, affiliate arrangements, sponsorship, professional promotion, secondary use of data, business access or any other economic purpose, the legal model, public information, terms, privacy, support channels and app store declarations will be reviewed and updated. The change will not be activated until that review is complete.
How to get in touch
You may submit a written enquiry in Spanish, English, French or German. The owner personally handles support and does not have a native-language support team for each language. Telephone or immediate assistance is not guaranteed. Essential instructions and responses concerning security, accounts or rights will be provided in an understandable form. These support limitations do not reduce any applicable rights or statutory time limits.
Selecting a language does not in itself send your notes, reports or enquiries to a translation service. Introducing a translation provider that processes personal data will require an assessment and a prior update to the relevant information.
In the application, “Contact support” uses the account's email address and, when the service confirms submission, registers the enquiry in a private inbox and displays a reference in the application itself. Only authorised administrator accounts may view that inbox, filter enquiries and update their status. No automatic acknowledgement is sent to the account's email address. If more information is needed, a reply may subsequently be sent to that address. You may also write directly to catalinu88@yahoo.com, which is the support mailbox and reply address.
Describe the enquiry using only the minimum data necessary. Do not send passwords, access codes, complete exports, identity documents or particularly sensitive information. If documentation needs to be exchanged to verify a request, an appropriate channel will be agreed in advance.
